Thelma L. “Honey” Roettger passed away on December 29, 2025; beloved mother of Thomas Skaggs, Jr. and his wife Sandra, Brian Skaggs, and the late Steven Ruby; devoted sister of Joan Myers, Martha Myers, and the late Murray Myers, Jane Ott, Sandra Jenkins, Grace Atkins, and Steven Myers; cherished grandmother of Jenifer, Heather, Brittany, Brandon, Brock, and the late Bradley; and many other great grandchildren; adoring great great grandmother of Jaylisyn Webb
The family will receive friends at the Burgee-Henss-Seitz Funeral Home, 3631 Falls Road, Baltimore, Maryland 21211 on Sunday, January 4, 2026 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm.
Service and interment private.
