Victoria Anne Wisner, age 78, of Baltimore, Maryland passed away on Tuesday, October 15, 2024; beloved wife of the late Richard Robert Wisner, devoted mother of Kurtis Rager, Debbie Smitley, Christine Wisner, Michael Wisner, Greg Wisner and the late Richard Rager; cherished MomMom of Sara, Devon, Derrick, Angela, Stephen, Aaron, Matthew, Nathan, Justin, Cameron, Rachel, Brian, Madison and Tim; dear sister of Patricia Miller and her husband Ronald, Donald Alderson and his wife Thelma and Linda Munzner; loving great-MomMom of 5 great-grandchildren. Also survived by nieces, nephews, and other loving family and friends.
A visitation for Victoria will be held Sunday, October 20, 2024 at Burgee-Henss-Seitz Funeral Home Inc., 3631 Falls Road, Baltimore, MD 21211 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A funeral service will start at 4 pm on Sunday, October 20, 2024. No Interment.
