Albert Kleinfeldt, late of Barrhead, Alberta passed away on August 5, 2018 at the age of 97 years. He was born April 6, 1921 near Warsaw, Poland. Albert was 8 years old when is family immigrated to Canada. He was the second youngest of eight children but some of his siblings died at a young age. The family moved to a farm close to Manola where Albert eventually would take over the farm. He married Edna in 1952 and they mixed farmed with beef cattle, crops, and also milked cows by hand. Albert farmed for most of his life and enjoyed the outdoors, baseball, badminton, fishing and hunting. After Albert retired from farming in 1982, they moved to Barrhead where he enjoyed bowling and spending more time fishing. Albert was very happy when grandchildren and great grandchildren were added to the family. He is survived by his wife Edna of 66 years, children Darlene (Tony) Klassen, Ron (Chris) Kleinfeldt; grandchildren Tara (Trevor) Dowhaniuk, Camille Klassen, Kent (Jamie) Klassen, Jenny (Trevor) Pasanen, Sheri
