Al (Alvin Lawrence) SWYRIPA born April 9, 1949 in Myrnam, Alberta passed away suddenly at his home in Edmonton on July 7, 2017. Al will be greatly missed by his loving wife, Ange of 47 years, his son, Derek, and daughter Lis (Wes Galenza). He is survived by his brothers Fred (Joan), Marshall (Hilda) and sister Cheryl Wowk. Al was predeceased by his parents, step father and 3 brothers.
All that knew him will miss his generosity, sage advice, indomitable will and determination.
To honour his wishes, there will be no memorial services after cremation.
We want to thank all who have been phoning, coming to the house to visit, reminisce and offer condolences, and we welcome the continued visits and calls.
Living life without him will be the hardest thing to do.
