Bert was born to Menne & Aaltje VanTil Nanninga in Neerlandia, he was the second youngest and last surviving of 11 siblings. He married Bertha Gelderman on June 17, 1947. They were blessed with 7 children, Edward (Ingrid), John (Jean), Phyllis, Larry (Trix), Ruby (Gene), Fern (Brad) & Bradley. Bert is predeceased by his wife, Bertha; son, Bradley, one grandson and one great granddaughter. Bert is survived by 19 granchildren and 28 great grandchildren. Bert was a committed follower of Christ, he tried to live his commitments daily and now he lives in glory. Bert will be missed by family and friends. Funeral Service will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday September 7, 2016 with Pastor Ron Klok officiating.
