On October 5, 2015, Edith Gwendolyn Bamber passed away at the age of 99 years (1916 – 2015). Gwen lived a very faithful and fulfilling life. She was predeceased by her husband; James (1916 – 2010), her son; Donald in 2014, and her older brother; Norman in 2015 at age 100. Gwen is survived by her younger brother; Ernie Wiggins, children; David (Gail), Daniel, and Bonnie Vandersteen (Garry), Donald’s widow; Holly, 8 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Funeral service to be held on Tuesday, October 13, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at Rose Garden Chapel in Barrhead. Reverend David Pype is officiating. Donations are gratefully accepted to the South Park Cemetery or flowers may be donated in memory to Rose Garden Chapel for the Funeral Service.
