Eileen Schatz went to be with her Lord and Savior on March 29, 2018, at the age of 79, after a courageous battle with cancer. Eileen will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 60 years, Reuben. And loving family, Leslie (Karen), Michael (Alyssa), Marvin (Carol), Kim (Douglas) and soon to arrive baby Kliewer, Jason (Kirstie), Aubrey, Craig (Bethany), Grant (Charlene), Alyssa, and Kailey. Brothers Don (Monica), Harvey (Ruth), and Lyndon (Ellen), as well as many dear family and friends.
Eileen was predeceased by her parents Eric and Selma Breitkreuz, sister Leona (Nielsen), brothers Dan and Larry Breitkreuz, and grandson Jason Schatz.
A Celebration of Life service will be held April 7, 2018 at 2 pm at Bethel Pentecostal Church in Barrhead, Alberta. Memorial donations in Eileen’s name may be made to Gideons Canada or Barrhead Community Cancer Centre.
