Jason Mensink

It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Jason Henry Mensink at the age of 34 years young. Jason is survived by his loving family, father, Anthony; siblings, Jordan (Courtney) & Caryn (Carl); son, Declan (Jennifer); grandson, Jayden and nephews, Mark and Remsen. As well as many other loving family and many dear friends. Jason is predeceased by his mother, Colleen; brother, Mark; grandparents, Don and Lola Murphy & Hank and Gerda Mensink. Jason was a man full of life, great smiles and had an infectious laugh. He will be greatly ,missed by all that knew and loved him. Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday December 21, 2021 at 1:00 PM from Busby Cemetery. A time of Fellowship will follow at the MTM Hall in Tiger Lily following the Graveside Service.

Anyone attending the Fellowship at MTM Hall will be required to provide 1 of the following:

1) COVID-19 proof of vaccination & Identification showing name & date of birth

2) Medical exemption letter & Identification showing name & date of birth

3) Proof of a privately-paid negative rapid test result taken within 72 hours of attendance at the hall & Identification showing name & date of birth
