Keith was predeceased by his parents, Robert and Ruby Riggan; all of his aunts and uncles, and brother, Gilbert Riggan.
He is survived by his wife, Brenda Wakeford Riggan; sister, Effie(John) Wright of Queensland, Australia; brother, Cecil (Sandra) of BC.; sister, Rita Hickey of AB.
He will be remembered and missed by his many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews,
Judith Cardinal, Samantha(Brandon) Murphy, Savannah and Alya, Joel, Sebastian Isabelle and Eva Cardinal, Doug (Angie) Riggan, Cathline Autumn, Skylar (Lucas) Wan, Jason Riggan, Kayleigh and Callan,
