Mary Florence Slade

Mrs. Mary (McColl) Slade, late of Fort Assiniboine, AB, formerly of Edson, AB, passed away on May 14, 2013 at the age of 75 years. She is survived by her loving family; husband of 6 years, Sid; four children, Terry (Anna) McColl of Vancouver, BC, Robert (Liz) McColl of Edmonton, AB, Doug (Charlene) McColl of Calgary, AB, and Mary Jane McColl (Gerald) of Nanaimo, BC; six grandchildren, Sean McColl, Jason McColl, Meighan McColl, Matthew McColl, Kassah Wutke, and Jordon Wutke; two brothers, Bert (Betty) Smith of Viking, AB and Ernie (Colleen) Smith of Edson, AB; one sister, Connie (Lester) Kindt of Barrhead, AB; as well as numerous other family and many dear friends. Mary is predeceased by her first husband, Rob McColl of Port Alberni, BC; parents, Sid and Lil Smith of Carrot Creek, AB; and brothers, George and Leonard Smith. A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, May 21, 2013 at 2 PM at Bethel Pentecostal Church in Barrhead, AB.
