A.C. “Chick” Roberts, 83, of Southaven, passed away on Tuesday, July 6, 2010. He was a member of Southaven First United Methodist Church and was a U.S. Navy veteran, having served in World War II. Mr. Roberts is survived by his loving wife, Barbara Roberts; 3 daughters, Gail Boyce of Jenks, OK, Sheila Gross of Southaven and Joy Roberts of Hernando; 2 sons, Kim Roberts of Hernando and Gary Roberts of Memphis; 5 grandchildren and 9 great- grandchildren. Funeral services and interment will be at 2 p.m. Friday, June 9 at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens (formerly Memory Hill Gardens), with visitation beginning at noon.
