Anthony "Tony" Lowell Dixon

He was born to the late Lowell and Janie Dixon on Jun 19th, 1949 in Memphis, Tennessee. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Scott McKay; and by his brothers Gregory and Michael Dixon.

Tony is survived by his wife of 30 years, Nancy Dixon; his children, Jason Dixon, Missy Acey, Angela Laurie (Eric); grandchildren, Billy Butcher, Michael Butcher, Kolby Butcher, Caroline Dixon, Anna Claire Dixon, Kaylee Laurie, Jackson Laurie, Lilli Martin, Sophie Martin, Gavin Kiger, Avry Kiger; great-grandchild, Hudson Butcher; his brother, Ron Dixon (Michelle); his sister, Sharon Rye (Benny); his uncle, Charles Darnell (Teresa); and a host of many other family members.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Tony’s honor.

Family will receive friends from 9:00am to 10:00am on Wednesday, March 2nd at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 N. Germantown Rd, Bartlett, TN. Services will follow at 10:00am.
