Beverly JoAnn Allen Pike

Beverly JoAnn (Allen) Pike, 84, of Eads, TN passed away Friday March 17, 2017 at St. Francis Hospital-Bartlett. She was a homemaker, devoted Christian since 9 years of age, devoted and godly wife, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, great grandmother and aunt. She had the spiritual gift of prayer and made intercession for others daily. She is home now with the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and we rejoice in that, but we will miss her being here with us. Mrs. Pike was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Albert L. Allen; son-in-law, Wayne Murdock; sister, Marie Sells; brother-in-law, John Gilbert Sells; and nephew, Donnie Sells. She is survived by her husband of 10 years, Alfred Pike of Eads, TN; daughter, Sherry Murdock of Olive Branch, MS; sons, Bobby Allen and wife, Lisa Allen of Memphis, John A. “Bubba” Allen and wife Vanessa Allen of Arlington, TN; grandchildren, Stephanie Diffee of Olive Branch, MS, Jason Gray of Memphis, Jonathan Williams of Papillion NE, Peyton Allen of Arlington, Cameron Allen of Arlington; great grandchildren, Allie Wooten of Olive Branch, Emma Wooten of Olive Branch, Emily Gray of Memphis, Alex Williams of Papillion, NE, Hannah Williams of Papillion, NE, Lucy Grace Diffee of Olive Branch, Mary Ryan Diffee of Olive Branch, Oliver Gray of Memphis and Christopher Lee Diffee of Olive Branch; and nephew, Ronnie Sells of Pensacola FL. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Monday, March 20, 2017 and a funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 21, 2017 both at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 N. Germantown Rd., Bartlett, TN.
