Uncle Bill is how I have always addressed him, pretty much since the day we met. Looking back over the years to the beginning of a life friendship is overwhelming considering the bond his family and mine made instantly (that's how it felt) My memories are long and most treasured however this one story has been told more than once by myself and others I'm sure...one evening when I amongst others consumed a bit to much of the "alcohol " I decided (mind you I was in early 20's) to challenge a random dude and we argued...well I knew I had some folks to whip his tale...went in got my husband Scott n of course Uncle Bill...told Scott he was handling this.. he walked up to the dude n opened his palms n said boy put your hands in mine....dude did! Uncle Bill explained to him that was his mistake as now Bill could have complete control of him cause he now controlled his hands...this is a life lesson that he showed me at an early age...and did so the way I needed to you understand and I'm so grateful and so thankful that our paths crossed!! Till we meet again Uncle Bill your forever etched in my soul!!

I'm going to miss you Bill, you were a really good friend and I really miss and will miss the camaraderie we shared. I will miss those long talks we had on the porch. We have a lot in common when it come to priority and loving our kids and our combined seasoned experience as mechanical technicians. R.I.P My friend. I salute you as a great father, grandfather, and most of all I thank you for being my friend. My prayers go out to the family for the impact this will have on their lives. But their faith in God knows you are in a better place than we are!
