Bobbie Jean Humble, 80, passed away March 4, 2017. She was retired from Kellogg’s of Memphis and a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who enjoyed cooking for her family.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, J. W. Humble; granddaughter, Lauren Nichole Ellis; son-in-law Steve Ellis, and two brothers, Bill and Josh.
She is survived by two daughters, Deborah (Roger) Ferrell and Kay Ellis; son J. W. (Annette) Humble, Jr.; grandchildren, Kevin Ferrell and Lori Porter and three great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 11 at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 N. Germantown Road, Bartlett. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to service time.
