She proudly served her country in the United States Navy.
Carol is survived by her husband of 61 years, Richard Van Damme; her children, Richard (Nita) Van Damme, Jr. of Chester, Virginia, Nancy Van Damme of Bartlett, Tennessee, Pam Van Damme of Memphis, Tennessee, Karen Van Damme of Memphis, Tennessee; grandchildren, Sean Van Damme and Alex Van Damme.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Herbert and Marie Seaver; brothers, Herbert Seaver, Howard Keith Seaver, Richard Seaver, Robert Seaver, David Seaver.
