Carolyn Phelps

She was preceded in death by her parents, Louie and Betty Putt and her brother, Michael Putt.

She is survived by her husband, Jim Phelps of 50 years; daughter Melissa K. Flaskamp (Bruce); sons, James T. Phelps, Jr. (Wendy), Jason L. Phelps (Pam), Jonathan A. Phelps (Amanda); brothers, Rodney Putt (Karen), Bruce Putt (Wendy); grandchildren, Jessica Phelps, Jordan Phelps, Noah Flaskamp, Taylor Phelps, and Jack Phelps.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or to the Page Robbins Adult Day Center.

Family will receive friends from 9:00am to 10:00am on Wednesday, April 4th, at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens at 3700 N. Germantown Rd, Bartlett, TN. Services will follow at 10:00am.
