Chelsey Rhnea Charnes, 24, of Roanoke, VA formerly of Lakeland, TN passed away Tuesday, October 25, 2016 in Roanoke. She was a graduate of Arlington High School. Chelsey was the mother of Brooklyn Rhnea Leek (age 3); daughter of Larry and Jeanne Charnes of Lakeland, TN; sister of Christopher and Makayla Charnes of Lakeland, TN; half sister to John David Hastings of Missouri; and granddaughter of Barbara Huckabee of Senatobia, MS and Jackie Charnes of Hernando, MS. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Saturday, October 29, 2016 and a funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, October 30, 2016 with a catered reception to follow at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 N.
