Ed Richardson

He was born to the late Burkitt and Tommie Richardson on April 29, 1928 in Shelby County, Tennessee. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Maudia Hurley.

Ed is survived by his loving wife of 73 years, Maxine Richardson; his daughters, Barbara Elliott (Ken), Carol Parkinson (Lee); grandchildren Kenneth Elliott, Jr. (Jennifer), Ellen Glass, Thomas Elliott, Molly Artz; great-greatgrandchildren, Ethan Artz, Hudson Glass, Wesley Hatchett, and Carter Hatchett; and his sister, Dorothy Meeks.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Family will receive friends from 10:00am to 11:00am on Friday, April 7th, at Collierville First Baptist Church, 830 New Byhalia Rd, Collierville, TN. Services will follow at 11:00am.
