Born October 30, 1947, in Tulsa, OK went to be with his heavenly father December 9, 2018.
He leaves behind his beloved wife of 50 years, Connie, two children Mark (Michelle) Henry of Atoka, TN, Michelle (Rick) Mays of Cleveland, TN, four special grandsons, Mitchell, David, Ian, and Payton Donan and one beautiful granddaughter Ashlyn Henry.
Chuck is survived by his mother, Ruth Henry of Cushing, OK, his brother Joe (Kathy) Henry of Peachtree City, GA, and one sister, Carol (Jack) Madding of Bristow, OK, and his mother-in-law Betty Weaver, sisters-in-law Patricia (Jerry) Buxton and Beth (Andy) Pesce. He also leaves behind step-grand-children, nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews that adored their Uncle Chuck.
He is preceded in death by his father E. M. Henry, Sr. and a brother Charles Lee Henry and his father-in-law S. P. Weaver.
Chuck was a friend and long time, faithful member of Oliver Creek Church of Christ. He served twenty years in the United States Navy, and loved his job of twenty-nine years with FedEx. Chuck was a proud Vietnam Veteran.
He spent many years as a Boy Scout leader earning the Silver Beaver Award for his dedicated service to the Boy Scouts.
First and foremost, Chuck was a man of faith and family. He will be greatly missed.
Visitation with the family will be Friday, December 14th, at the Memphis Funeral Home on Germantown Parkway at noon. Memorial Service will follow at the West Tennessee Veterans Cemetery at 2. Any memorials can be made to the ALS Association of Tennessee
