He is survived by his wife, Kristi Dukes; daughter, Erin Leigh Dukes; son, Trey Dukes; sisters, Karen Christine Carter (Jason Carter, Sr.) and Amanda Michelle Clay (Daniel Wesley Clay); grandmother, Martha Duffel; aunt, Susan Davis (Jerry Davis), uncle, Randy Duffel (Teresa Duffel); father-in-law, Frank Johnson and mother-in-law, Cece Johnson.
The family will receive friends on Friday, June 16 from 10 a.m. until 12 noon at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens. Funeral services will be held at 12 noon in the chapel of Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 N Germantown Road, Bartlett, Tennessee 38133. Interment will follow in Memorial Gardens cemetery.
