Geraldine P. Sawyer, 91, of Memphis, passed away on Saturday, October 1, 2011. She was a former member of Galloway United Methodist Church and was a former floral designer with McLemore's Florist. Mrs. Sawyer, the widow of Harold Douglas Sawyer, is survived by her children, Avis J. Turner of Memphis and Bruce D. Sawyer of Jacksonville, FL; a brother, K.G. Parman of Ketchum, OK; five grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Graveside inurnment services will be Thursday, October 6 at 10 a.m. at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 N.
