Greg worked all over the U.S. including Ohio, Las Vegas, Florida, Washington, D.C., and South Carolina as a bar manager. Greg was a strong man of faith and loved Jesus. He was proudly baptized by full immersion on December 19th, 2019. Greg chose to be a stay at home dad for identical twin boys whom he loved dearly. Greg also loved the beach, snorkeling, traveling, playing with his boys, and just having fun with his family and beloved boxers.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Helen E. Chase.
Greg is survived by his wife of 9 years, Amy Minkin Johnson; his sons, Logan and Chase; his parents, Larry and Rita Jo Johnson; and his step brother, Larry E. Johnson, Jr.
Memorials may be made to The Kosten Foundation of Memphis, TN or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
A family service will be held in Florida at a later date.
