Heather Nicole Frazier-Holland, 30, of Bartlett passed away Monday, December 22, 2014 at Baptist Reynolds Hospice – Collierville after a long battle with a rare form of inflammatory breast cancer. She was a graduate of Bolton High School, received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Memphis and was an active member of Christ Church-Bartlett. Heather was a loving mother who lived for the Lord and for her two beautiful daughters, Haley Nicole Holland and Lily Grace Holland. She was preceded in death by her brother, Joey Frazier and her mother, Teresa Collums; and was survived by her father, Gary Frazier of Bartlett; her daughters and her husband. A Celebration of Heather's Life will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, December 27, 2014 at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 N.
