Helen Peel Duke, 87 passed away May 2, 2012. Helen was retired from Goldsmith’s and worked for many years at Gould’s Beauty Shop. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hattis H. Duke and daughter Darla Jane Duke Jumper. She is survived by sons, Mark Duke (Andrea), David H. Duke (Nancy); three grandchildren, Amy Bannerman, Zane Duke, Slade Duke and two great grandchildren Brooks Bannerman and Brinley Bannerman. The family will receive friends on Sunday, May 6 from 2-4 pm, a graveside service will be on Monday, May 7 at 10 am with a reception following all will be at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens on Germantown Road.
