James. From the moment You became a part of my life I have loved you. You have brought joy and happiness to so many. You're an amazing father and husband and the best big brother to your four sisters and the most loving son any mother could ask for. You have been more than a blessing in my life. My heart is breaking as I say goodbye to you for the final time. I will cherish you forever. Sleep well with the angels my son.
Love forever Mom
You will be so missed

I'm so thankful for the 23 years I got to be part of James' life. It was an honor to be thought of as a brother, to get to be best man at James and Tiffany's wedding, and to have their first son named after me. Being a friend of a sailor meant not seeing each other often but I'll carry the memories with me forever. My continuing prayers are with Tiffany, Jay, and Daniel.

Sr. Chief James O’Neal also left behind his parents Dwayne and Paula O’Neal, his mother Sherry Hayes and 4 sisters, Sheena O’Neal, Nicole Valley, Page Hayes and Toni Hayes. No amount of time or distance could make this any easier. You will always be my brother and I will always love you. You made your family and your country proud. I pray God brings comfort and peace to Tiffany and the boys to carry them through.
