James Scott Richardson, 73, of Memphis, passed away April 6, 2016. Mr. Richardson was a graduate of the Class of 1962 of Melrose High School. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force, having served from 1962-1965. He also attended Lemoyne Owen and Memphis State University. He is survived by his daughters Arlene Richardson and Darlene Richardson, his sisters, Martha Dean and Bobbie Rooks (Twyman), his brothers, Finis Richardson (Marsha) and Walter Richardson and fiance` Kismagne Diggs. He was previously deceased by his parents, Finis Richardson and Martha King Richardson; his sister Dorothy Richardson and brother Arthur Richardson. The family will receive guests for the sharing of stories, refreshments, and memories on Friday, April 8 from five o’clock until eight o’clock in the evening at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 N Germantown Road, Bartlett, TN.
