James W. Williams

He was born to the late Warren and Arnette Williams on February 12th, 1941 in Jackson, Tennessee.

Along with his parents, he’s preceded in death by his brother Wayne Williams.

Jim is survived by his wife of 41 years, Betty Williams; his children, Jeff Williams (Tammy), Tom Williams, David Beers, Carol Hardaway; and his grandchildren, Robin, Rachel, and Caitlyn.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be sent the Wounded Warrior Project.

Family will receive friends from 1:00pm to 2:00pm on Monday, January 25th at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 N. Germantown Rd, Bartlett, TN. Services will follow at 2:00pm.
