She attended Fayette Baptist Church of Somerville, Tennessee. Jennifer enjoyed volunteering her time to charitable events like FedEx St. Jude Golf Tournament and church activities. Over the years she had several cats that she loved greatly with "Ace" being her latest.

She is survived by her father, Donald (Linda) Collins of Texas; her mother Brenda Mathes of Cordova, Tennessee; and many loving uncles, aunts, cousins, and nephews.

Visitation will be on February 24th, 2021 at 1:00pm followed by a funeral service at 2:00pm at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 N. Germantown Rd, Bartlett, TN.
