Jeremiah Allen Jones, age 20 months, of Bartlett went to be with one of God’s angels on Thursday, November 13, 2014 at LeBonheur Children’s Hospital-Memphis. Jeremiah is survived by his parents, Steve and Sarah Jackson Jones of Bartlett; grandparents, Martha Jones of Bartlett, Rickey Jones of Collierville, Don & Linda Kirkpatrick of Ripley, TN, Buddy and Nancy Jackson of Edgemont, AR; great grandmothers, Dorothy Jones of Holly Springs, MS and Dorothy Buford of Cleveland, MS; and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins. The family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. until service time at 2:00 p.m., Monday, November 17, 2014 at Memphis Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens, 3700 N. Germantown Rd, Bartlett, TN with the interment to follow at Memphis Memory Gardens, 6444 Raleigh LaGrange Road, Memphis, TN.
