Jerry W. Martin, of Bartlett, Tennessee passed away on Friday, September 20, 2019. At the age of 17, Jerry joined the Army and served as a military police officer during the Vietnam War until his final duty station in Bamberg, Germany . In 1977, he married his loving wife Dianna, upon his discharge from the military. He retired as a lieutenant from the Federal Bureau of Prisons. After his retirement, Jerry went to work in Asset Management Department for Bass Pro Shops. Jerry enjoyed deer hunting, fishing, and being outdoors. He loved being with his family and his friends. Jerry was a member and deacon at Bartlett Baptist Church, and a member of the Bartlett Masonic Lodge.
He was preceded in death by his parents; Sherman and Edna Martin, and one brother; John Martin. Jerry is survived by his wife of 42 years, Dianna Martin, his children; Emily Martin, Julia Domino (Kevin), one sister; JoAnn Woodard, one brother; Earl Martin (Debbie), two grandchildren; Lucas and Allie Domino, fur children; Skeeter, Skittles, and grand fur children, Livi, Charlie, Scoutie, Peter.
