Holly Springs - Jessie TRUITT Armstrong, Jr., 56, passed away on Sunday, February 2, 2014. Mr. Armstrong worked for 37 years at Allied Uniking Corporation as shop forman. He was preceded in death by his sister, Bonnie Richardson and father, Jessie Armstrong, Sr. Mr. Armstrong is survived by his loving wife, Patricia Armstrong; children, Kristy Armstrong and Jennifer Powell (Jon); a grandson, Noah Powell; siblings, Bill Armstrong, Susan Smith, Sally Farris, Nancy Warner, Johnny Armstrong, and Tina Marino, and mother, Billie Long. The family will receive friends and relatives on Tuesday, February 4 from 6-8 p.m. at Wyatte Baptist Church, 30721 Hwy 4 E. Senatobia, MS. The funeral will be on Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 N. Germantown Rd. Bartlett, TN. The burial will follow on site.
