John Franklin Hizer, 49, leaves behind his best friend and wife, Andrea Elizabeth Hizer of Eads, TN. He was a loving father to John Robert Hizer, 21; Brendan Aaron Hizer, 16; Brian Christopher Hizer, 14; and Stephanie Renea Riales, 28. He also leaves a sister, Lorie Osborne (Larry) and two nieces, Alisha and Lauren, to cherish his memory.
John was born February 17, 1969 in Memphis, TN. He was a proud graduate of Skyview High School, Class of 1987.
As a car enthusiast, John spent much of his life in the auto industry. Most recently, he served as a Master Technician at AutoNation Ford-Wolfchase. John Hizer was a mustang-loving, true blue Memphis Tigers fan who would give the shirt off of his back for a friend in need. He always knew how to bring a smile through his practical jokes and sarcastic sense of humor. He loved to make people laugh. John’s favorite place to be was somewhere near a lake with his family in their RV.
John Franklin Hizer will be greatly missed by all who loved him.
