Karen Quatman Dudley

Born on August 8, 1945 in Oakland, CA to George and Amelia Quatman, Karen was a loving daughter, mother, and loyal friend. She was a lover of dogs, and Kipper, her rescue puppy, meant the world to her. Always up for conversation and shopping trips, mom was fun to be around. Christmas time was her favorite holiday, and she threw the best Christmas parties. A passionate sports fan, mom enjoyed watching her Raiders, Aggies, and Tigers anytime they were on television. She taught me how to be kind, compassionate, loving, inquisitive, and how to have fun and enjoy life.

Karen is survived by her son, Todd Dudley.

There will be a graveside service on Friday December 5, 2025 at 10am, where she will be laid to rest by her parents George and Amelia. The service will take place at Memphis, Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens located at 3700 North Germantown Pkwy, Bartlett, TN. A Celebration of Life gathering will follow at 12 noon at Todd and Sam's house located at 149 Running River Place Memphis TN. We will have the house decorated for Christmas to celebrate mom's love of the holiday, and look forward to sharing stories and fellowship with Karen's friends and family.
