Katherine Fisher Phillips, 83, passed away August 6, 2014. She was born in Humboldt, Gibson County, TN to Ernest and Cora Fisher. Mrs. Phillips devoted her life to caring for her family. She is survived by her husband Johnnie Phillips of 63 years; two daughters, Paula Phillips Woodruff (Mark) and Katrina Phillips; two grandchildren, Mandy Woodruff Whitten (Payton) and Phillip Woodruff, as well as two great grandchildren, Braeden Michael Whitten and Kaitlyn Leigh Whitten. Visitation will be Sunday at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 North Germantown Parkway, Bartlett, TN, from 2 pm until 3 pm with a memorial service at 3:00 pm.
