Margaret Ellen Hadfield Fann (nee Wallace) passed away on August 4, 2024 at the age of 100. She was preceded in death by her spouses, Frank L. Hadfield and Charles J. Fann; her sons, Frank A. Hadfield, II, Larry D. Hadfield; and a daughter in law, Janice M. Hadfield.
Margaret retired as a radiology business office manager with the University of Tennessee. She was a charter member of RBMA and traveled to meetings all over the country. Margaret loved traveling and traveled extensively all over North and South America, and Europe. She was an avid reader, loved games, and crossword puzzles.
Margaret will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great grandmother, and friend. She was a charter member of Frayser Christian Church until it closed in 1999 then became a member of Decatur Trinity Christian Church in Bartlett. She loved her churches and held many offices at both.
She is survived by her children, Kelly Hadfield West, Kimberly Jan Brewer (Randy); grandchildren, Christopher Hadfield (Robin), Tommy Kellum (Lisa), Amanda Griger (Daniel), Mae West; step-granddaughters, Brittany Brewer, Brooke Turnbow (Mark); nine great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandson.
Family will receive friends from 6:00pm to 8:00pm on Friday, August 16 at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 N. Germantown Rd, Bartlett, TN. Services will be at 10:00am on Saturday, August 17 at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 N. Germantown Rd, Bartlett, TN.
