Marvin T. Ray, 82, of Germantown, passed away on Saturday, September 3, 2011. He was a member of Germantown United Methodist Church and was a 32nd Degree Mason. Mr. Ray, the husband of Nellie M. Ray for 64 years, also leaves his children, Cathie Jennings of Ft. Smith, AR, Jerry L. Ray of Jackson, TN and Susan Bryan of Germantown; a brother, Howard C. Ray of Louisville, MS; nine grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren. Funeral services and interment will be at 10 a.m., Tuesday morning, September 6 at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 N.
