Maxine Stewart, 81, of Olive Branch, passed away on Wednesday, November 6, 2013. She was a retired civil servant and was a member of Pennbrooke Community Church in Leesburg, FL. Mrs. Stewart leaves her loving husband of 62 years, Meryl W. Stewart as well as four sisters, Anna Horton of Phoenix, AZ, Marjorie Pollard and Carole Worthington, both of Como, MS, Johnnie Reyes of Lucerne, CA and numerous other dear relatives. The family will receive friends Sunday afternoon, November 10 from 4-6 p.m. at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 N. Germantown Rd. A celebration of life service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, November 11 at the funeral home with interment to follow in Memorial Gardens.
