He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Sandra McFarland Harris, son Michael Alan Harris (Karie), daughter Audrey Lee Hodge (Greg), five grandchildren, Brooke Harris, Brody Harris, Madison Hodge, Morgan Hodge and Dylan Hodge, and sister Sharon Johnson (Michael).
Mike was a devoted Christian who was always ready to serve and work where needed in church, whether as a deacon, Sunday School teacher, or working the audio/visual system. His smile and sweet spirit will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Visitation will be held at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 North Germantown Parkway, Bartlett, TN 38133, US, on July 23, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm, followed by the Funeral Service at 2:00 pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, or Gideons International.
