Mildred “Mimi” Perry Van Horn went to be with the Lord and her loved ones on Tuesday morning, March 25, 2014. She was preceded in death by her beloved son David Pauly, mother and many sisters and brothers. She leaves sweet memories for two grandchildren, Rebecca Barragan of Reynosa, Mexico, David Pauly of Mt. Pleasant, MS and many great and great great grandchildren. She also leaves her loving family of her home in Memphis, Gail, Toodle, Pretty Baby and Daddio; and extended family and friends. She was a unique person who loved nature, animals and God. She will be greatly missed by many. Visitation will be on Friday afternoon, March 28, at 11 a.m., followed by a service at 12 p.m. at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 N. Germantown Rd. Interment will be in Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Mid South Animal Rescue, Catholic Church of the Ascension or to the charity of the donor’s choice.
