She leaves behind her daughters, Fran, Susan (Don), and Donna, as well as two brothers Pete Higginbothum and Jack Higginbothum. She is also survived by seven grandsons, five great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
Polly was born December 22, 1931 in Batesville Mississippi to her parents Elam and Mary B. Sandidge.
The family will gather to receive friends Wednesday September 6th from 6-8 PM at Memphis Funeral Home, 3700 N Germantown Road Bartlett, TN 38133. In Lieu of flowers, the family request memorial contributions be made to The Alzheimer's Association. www.alz.org
