Karen & Christie & your families, when my Dad and Mom, Merritt & Amy Baker, and I first met your Mom was at Raleigh Christian Church potluck dinner. She was so kind and Dad especially loved her homemade Chicken & Dumplings. So after that she always brought them. We also got to know her when she sang in the church choir with us. It was a joy. She always was so kind and welcoming in the church office too. Mike loved her smile and hug when he first met her. She always greeted him that way. She will always hold a special place in our hearts
