Patricia “Pat” Ann Burross, 75, of Rosemark, passed away on Thursday, November 15, 2012. She was preceded in death by her son, Tommy Burross. Mrs. Burross is survived by, her loving husband, Bill Burross Sr., two children, Bill Burross Jr. (Peggy) and Cherry Gavrock (Martin), 6 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, and two sisters, Anita Harris of Jackson, TN., and Nancy Phillips of Pekin, IL. Mrs. Burross was a lifelong member of Leawood East Baptist Church and was often found in the nursery caring for children for over 45 years. Mrs. Burross worked and retired after 25 years at the Union Planters Bank. Memorial contributions may be made to the Leawood East Baptist Church, 1620 North Houston Levee Road. Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 18, from 5-8pm at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 N. Germantown Rd. and the funeral will be on Monday at 2pm also at the funeral home.
