Pat was always so kind to me at DuPont, and the only time I saw her after leaving DuPont in 1984 was when her Dad, Ted, was in the hospital, I believe that was around 2000 or so when my Mom was in there at the same time. It was great to see an old friend. I know she's in a great place now. Peace to her and her family.

I knew Pat from working at DuPont. She was always smiling and seemed to be a really happy person. She was always very nice to me. I also knew her dad, Ted, from DuPont.  I hate seeing that Pat has moved on at such an early age, and I pray for her and her family and friends that time has made all of the memories sweeter. God's grace to you, Pat.  RIP

Pat was a childhood friend. She came to my birthday party when I was in 6th grade. She was always sweet and kind to me. She will be missed.

I first met your mom when she and Randy were married, I was married to Bo
Morris and we were all in the Ski Club. We lost touch for a few years and then ran into her at the Germantown festival; she was working with Greer True selling Longaberger Baskets and I was working with Patti Yancey selling her handbags. . It was so good to see here and catch up! Then we found each other on FB so we were able to stay in touch, until now. I had no idea of her passing until today, her birthday. I am so sorry for your loss. You mom was such a blessing, her bubbly personality and that sweet, contagious smile was always there.

Pat came into my life when I came home from the hospital May 2005 after back surgery. She immediately became part of the McCrary family. She was loved by all of us and went to the Peabody LIVING AWARDS, 50th Anniversary party and all other functions we had.  Pat and Paul drove to Orlando to get me out of the house and take me to lunch when I had been with my son Brian, who died with ALS for weeks. Last year she picked up and drove some of my friends to the University Club for my birthday dinner. Pat did a video of the party. In my 85 years, I have not known a more loving or caring person. She loved helping older people and I was hoping that she would help me in my later years. We talked by phone every day even when on vacation up until she became sick. I took her in June for her kidney biopsy and home with me for a few days to recoup. She was my second daughter.

We lost an ANGEL, but God got another angel. We will see each other when I join her in Heaven. My grandson told me Saturday that she was with Gramps and his dad Brian…

There will never be another Pat. I miss her very much!

I was one of the lucky ones who has known Pat for 45(!) years since we met on Fite Rd.   I think I got to DuPont six months after her.  We were all such babies 😊.  Marian and I  sat in Lindsey’s hospital room(s) while your Mama ran home to see everyone or sleep for a minute or just sit and hold her hand if that’s what she wanted us to do.  We watched you three beautiful girls grow up and rejoiced in happy times and cried in sad ones.  Everyone’s family became a part of each other’s.  We celebrated every holiday: had some major pot luck lunches, dressed up for holidays, wore our clothes inside out or backwards on April Fool’s Day, and celebrated birthdays, weddings, baby and Grandmother showers.   A bunch of us hit the Frayser Whataburger EVERY Friday or Beefy King and the donut/corn dog heaven.  Spent many a Saturday sitting with your family at Tiger football games and Ted would never let anyone leave the motor home hungry.  We really were a big extended family and we had fun at work and after work.  My heart breaks for all of you.  Think Barbara started it but a lot of us still called her Pitter Patter long after she retired.   Made many a run to get Baskin Robbins chocolate ice cream.   SO loved your sweet Mama.  She was one of a kind friend - and I’m so sorry because I know y’all will miss her - but also know that she was a fighter and stayed just as long as she could and then RAN straight to Heaven and family.  Love you all.

Mia always welcomed my kids and I with open arms, I am so grateful I had the opportunity to meet her. She will greatly missed!

Pat and I taught 9th grade Sunday School together at Faith Baptist Church. She was a natural at teaching these girls.  I always admired the way she could just spontaneously teach the word of God. She had a gift for teaching and spreading God's love to all.  She was always very involved in the Church youth group and was a great role model for her girls and my Amanda. I am truly grateful for her friendship.  I'm honored to have know Pat and her legacy was a blessing to all who knew her. RIP my friend you will be greatly missed!

Mia, this world is going to miss you!!!!  I didn’t know Mia in person, only through Ryan and Rose. But over the last two years, every time I saw her-in pictures, in stories, in videos, she was always smiling.  Always. A joy that doesn’t come from this earth. It comes from our Heavenly Father. A joy that passes understanding. A joy that’s infectious to those around her. A joy that exudes love, grace, peace. No matter what life threw at her, especially these last two years, her peace shined through. Her joy, in the Father, shined through. I hope to live a life that when others see me, they see joy. God’s joy.  Praying for you all friends!!!! I pray the Holy Spirit cover you in his precious peace and comfort

I was blessed by knowing Pat via our years at Frayser High and Woodlawn Terrace and will always remember her bubbly personality and beautiful smile as well as her loving heart.   Continued prayers for healing and strength in the days to come for all Family and Friends.

Back in 1974, Pat was voted Miss Woodlawn in her first year attending school there.  A testimony to how quickly people realized the special person she was.  I will always remember her sweet smile. Condolences to all her family and friends.

I am so shocked to hear of Pat’s passing.  I knew her from Georgian Hills and again we were schoolmates graduating from Frayser.  Pat was always kind and greeted everyone with that huge smile that we all knew her for.  I was so happy to learn we were also neighbors living right up the street in Bartlett, several years after graduating.  Unfortunately, working and having children,  our families never made the time to hang out but I could always expect that smile and a wave when we would pass each other, on that rare occasion.  I was blessed to know you Pat. Rejoicing that you are now in the presence of our Lord.  ❤️

Pat was a special person. From the time I found and returned her lost science book at Georgian Hills Junior High School in early 1970s until we both had grandchildren and retired, she always took time to check in on people. She always had a message of kindness and encouragement. At DuPont, she worked with my mother, Joyce, and dad, Gene, for many years. She and my mother became good friends and lunch buddies. My mother often brought her lunch to work. Sometimes, Pat would have a Krystal craving and Joyce would take her lunch and they would drive to the Krystal for their lunch break. I will miss my 1975 Frayser High classmate and lifelong friend, but I know she is in a better place. I pray for all family members in this season of loss.

Although i didnt get to personally meet Pat (Mia), I saw through social media how loving she was and always wished she was apart of my family, and she raised three smart beautiful daughters!!! The kindest family youd ever meet. I got to meet Lindsey, Whitney, and the granddaughters Charley and Ryan and just everyone’s love is
SO humbling and I thank Mia for that. Thank you for being a light of grace here on earth-side. 

This is sad news. I grew up with Pat through Georgian Hills and Frayser High. Her smile lit up rooms and her heart was sweet. Peace to those she has left behind. Via con dios Pat. 

I didn't know Pat very well but the closeness of her family was impressive.  I know Pat must have felt loved and needed by her daughters and grandchildren.   And that's what a moer happiest.  Thinking of you all. 

I met Pat at Georgian Hills then later graduated with her at Frayser.  Always a happy bright spirit!  Im so sorry for your loss.

I was blessed to meet your mom when she was pregnant with Whitney.  We used the same home day care.  Our lives intersected many times over the years.  My fondest memories are youth camp trips with Pat.  Such a sweet person who loved Jesus with all she had!  It has been a privilege knowing her.

Pat was such a precious friend & a true believer of Jesus.  When my granddaughter was born, I absolutely loved hearing from Pat. She has an amazing new address & it'll be a celebration when we are reunited in our heavenly home. God bless you all!!♥️🙏♥️

I had the opportunity to meet Mia at the Cutie Boo event Ryan and Rose hosted last year! She offered me and my daughter a seat next to her and then asked if Paisley (my daughter) wanted to go ride the horse with her and Char! She was so kind to us and we talked the entire time we were there! She really has the most beautiful soul and I’m so thankful I had the opportunity to meet her and get to know her a little bit! 

Although I did not get the pleasure of meeting you, I did have the pleasure of getting to know your amazing daughter. I can not thank you enough for raising such a kind and warm hearted woman. I pray that you are at peace. I just know you were greeted with open arms in heaven. 

Girls, I met your mom early in our DuPont days where we became very good friends.    Your mom was sweet and full of life.  She loved tailgating with her dad for Memphis  State Tigers.  Pat and I did many things together and were pregnant at the same time.  Me with my first child and Pat with Lindsey.  Your mom went through many challenges  during her life and always held her head high.  She will always be in our thoughts and heart.  Love you Pat.
