She is fondly remembered for always having a smile on her face that was contagious, and that would leave anyone walking away smiling. Dianne stayed optimistic and saw the beauty in everything.
Dianne loved her family; she was a devoted wife, mother, and Grammy. Her favorite thing in the world was to watch her grandchildren.
She had a green thumb, especially for flowers. She loved to plant and watch them grow. Being a God fearing woman of deep faith, Dianne was an avid member of St. Philip Episcopal Church in Bartlett, TN.
She is survived by her loving husband, James Knight; children, Jimmy (Jackie) Knight, Christina Dueker; and Todd Murphee; and, grandchildren, Ethan Dueker, Chase Knight, and Korben Knight.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her son, Tracy Murphee; and brother, David Dye.
Visitation for Dianne will take place on Thursday, April 11, 2024, at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens (3700 N. Germantown Rd., Bartlett, TN 38133). The funeral service will be held on April 12, 2024, at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens with a graveside to follow at St. Philip Episcopal Church Cemetery (9380 Davies Plantation Rd, Bartlett, TN 38133).
