Rebecca Anne Budinsky

Rebecca A. "Becky" Budinsky, of Cordova, TN, passed away Thursday, February 11, 2010 at the age of 20. She was a member of Bellevue Baptist Church and had attended Evangelical Christian School and Cordova High School before completing her GED. As the daughter of a military family, she was born in Oklahoma City and lived in Okinawa, Japan for several years before eventually settling with her family in the Memphis area. She was a wonderful cook, worked as a waitress, and received her greatest joy in life by serving other people, both with food and gifts. She also loved children and was a world class babysitter who looked forward to having her own children some day. She loved horses and enjoyed water sports while spending time at the lake with her family. She was loved abundantly and will forever be missed by her mother and father, Penny and Chris; five siblings, Jason, Sean, Jessica, Rachel and Joseph; grandmother, Eve Cox and sister-in-law, Leah. Visitation will be held on Monday, February 15 from 6-8 p.m. at Memphis Funeral Home - Germantown Parkway Chapel, where the funeral service will begin at 2 p.m., Tuesday, February 16. Interment to follow in Memory Hill Gardens. Her joyful spirit is at home with the Lord.
