Richard was a very kind and good man.  Always with a smile, and he made you feel better just being around him.  I will truly miss him.

I don't know any of the family except Freddie & Kay, but my prayers go out to all of you who grieve the loss of your loved one. May sweet memories keep him always alive in your hearts.

I was shocked and saddened to learn of Richard's passing.  I worked with him at H&R Block for many years.  He was a great co-worker and a great friend. I will miss him.

Although I had only work with Richard last tax season, he was truly the southern gentleman and always there to answer your questions. He will truly be missed in our office.

St. Francis Hospital Bartlett

Richard was a faithful hospital volunteer at Saint Francis Hospital - Bartlett for the past six years.  He had recently been elected treasurer of our hospital auxiliary.  Every Wednesday, he was here serving in our emergency waiting room or helping with financial analysis.  He is pictured here with one of the other volunteers at our annual appreciation luncheon.  He will be greatly missed by his family at Saint Francis Hospital - Bartlett.

Enjoyed working with Richard the last few years at H&R Block. We have many great memories of his time with us, and he will be missed.

I worked with Richard at HR Block for several years.  He was a good man and a joy to work with.  We were all shocked to hear of his death, most of us having seen him a few weeks before. He will be missed by his co-workers and clients.

Sorry to hear of Mr. Cobb passing.  We will miss seeing him at tax time this year and future years.  He was a joy to do business with.

Richard was a hard working dedicated member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars for many years.  He constantly volunteered his time and service for all Veterans through community service and many weekly hours at the Veterans Hospital.  He will be missed by all who knew him and especially by his VFW Post 1965 where he was the Quarter Master for many years.  Richard, you will never be forgotten.
