Robert Lee Andrews, Sr., 71, of Memphis, TN passed away January 3, 2015. He was the son of the late Jimmy Sr. and Mozella Andrews. After 29 years, Robert retired from the Memphis Defense Depot and later drove for a commercial bus line. He was a member of Community of Faith. Robert loved watching the Memphis Tigers and Grizzlies play basketball and working in his garden. He was the brother of the late Lavella Howard. He is survived by his loving wife Karen; his son, Robert Lee Andrews, Jr. (Tamiko); step-son, Danny Andrews (Robin); step-daughter, Derlitzerla “Vette” Jones; sisters, Temple Mackie, Henrietta Andrews, Princella Dickson (Henry), Jessie Mae Jones, Betty Wherry (Andrew) of St. Louis, Johnnie Mae Wright (Charles), and Bernice Andrews; brother, Jimmy Andrews, Jr. (Louise); grandchildren, Nekecia, Robert, and Tevin Andrews, Tracy Garnett, Desiree and Dominique Andrews, and Socrenetta Jones; a host of nieces and nephews.
