Robert Ewing Browder, age 87, of Bartlett, TN passed away on Sunday, June 21, 2015. He was a retired claims adjuster with Illinois Central Railroad and served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. Mr . Browder was born in Henderson, TN on January 18, 1928 to Lee Thomas and Elsie Plunk Browder. He was preceded in death by his dear wife, Julia Ann Earnheart Browder and is survived by his children, Pamela Edmondson of Palm Desert, CA, Robert E. Browder, Jr. of Kathleen, GA, Karen Woods and Lance Thomas Browder, both of Bartlett; brother, Gene Browder of Hot Springs, AR and grandchildren, Justin Woods, Nathan Browder, Julia Woods and Audrey Browder. Along with his parents and wife, he was also preceded in death by a sister, Juanita White. The family will receive friends this Thursday evening, June 25 from 5-7 p.m. at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 N. Germantown Rd.
