Robert Hill Edmonds, 69 of Arlington, TN, retired owner of Edmonds Automotive on Summer Avenue, passed away on Saturday, May 21, 2016 at the age of 69. He was born in Orange County, TX, and grew up in Brunswick, TN and graduated from Bolton High School. Robert was a lifelong mechanic and operated Edmonds Automotive for 30 years. He enjoyed NASCAR, dirt track racing, fishing and motorcycling. Robert is survived by his daughter Jennifer Allison, son in law Trey Allison, and granddaughter Ava. He also leaves a sister Ann KIlpatrick, and her children Leslie, Jennifer, Pattie, Dewey, and Willis. Funeral services will be held today, May 24, 2016, at 10am, at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 N. Germantown Rd., Bartlett, TN 38133, with interment to follow in New Salem Cumberland Presbyterian Church Cemetery in Lakeland, TN.
